What I found works is those Cyrstal Light individual packets (there is a cheaper generic too). I don't use a whole on in a bottle of water, I use one per 3 bottles of water. I like the lemonade ones the best. I drink SO much more water now using those.

OK...then running. I used to hate it too. You have to start by walking. Like 1 mile. Then add a quarter mile, then another...still just walking. Once you are up to 2 miles, one day try running just for 5 minutes. Then a week later run for 7 minutes...the next week 10 minutes. If you do it so slow you will be able to run a 5K in like 6 months and not hurt yourself or feel really winded. You can do it! Start slow though! The Couch to 5K program is really good too and only requires 20 minutes a day.Heather - The Wanna-be Super Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12171506827656244647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-668878932230516757.post-56679104310399556982011-02-06T22:54:35.288-08:002011-02-06T22:54:35.288-08:00Running is seriously great. I never considered getting into it till it was introduced to me. Find a buddy that'll go with you. They can help keep you motivated and on track. And jog outside. None of that tredmill crap. And of course bring great music to listen to. Alex and I jog with music and we don't even talk. We're too busy running to the beat. On days where you just feel like you're in a funk, go for a jog. It'll relax you. Xoxo.Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13257321479106132000noreply@blogger.com
